What A Week
I tend to believe that life has a balance, whether you call that Karma, or God only giving you what you can handle, whatever. This week has been crazy. After a great Super Bowl party at Jacob's building, with all of my friends, and a few drinks at Sidetrack afterward, I woke up on Monday morning to head off to an 8am meeting in the city. Who schedules an 8am meeting the day after the Super Bowl? (My District Visual Manager, that's who!) Now, my car had been in the shop since the previous Monday for "re-certification" as a used car, as I've decided to buy it at the end of its lease. Vinny had been so kind as to loan me his car, but apparently on Sunday night, I hadn't been so kind as to turn off the car's headlights, and found a dead battery on my arrival.
