Aria Restaurant

Peter and I had dinner last night after work at Aria. I had sparkling water, a honeycomb martini, spinach risotto with pistachio, scallops on white asparagus, and shared a mixed dessert plate with Peter. It was the most expensive meal I've had in Beijing, but a very relaxing evening with Peter. We haven't spent more than 10 minutes together since I arrived here, so we had a chance to catch up on the last 2 years, since before Beijing, I hadn't seen him since I was in Torino. We were there for about 3 hours, having a leisurely meal.

Before dinner, we went to the Long Island Spa and had a 1 hour full body massage. It was wonderful. Today, however, I'm rather sore from the masseuse digging so deeply, and I have a bruise on my upper spine!
