Jessica's birthday was yesterday, so I brought in some M&M's I brought from the States. The bag was gone by the end of the day! After work, we went to a Vietnamese-French fusion restaurant called Muse, located at the West Gate of Chaoyang Park. I had the best meal I've had since I arrived in Beijing. We ordered Shrimp Spring Rolls, Fried Rice Noodles, an appetizer combo platter, Curry Vegetables, and Fried Bananas, and we all shared. I WILL eat at this restaurant again before I leave. After dinner, we went to The Beach, a rooftop bar that has couches sunk in little sandboxes. It's a very cool place, and I think we'll go back.
