Beijing International

I know it's been a long time since I've posted. I apologize. I've been working like a dog. So today I moved to my Games-time hotel, the Beijing International. I was placed on the 21st floor, an Executive floor, so although it's a bit smaller than my previous apartment, it's very nice. There's a granite shower and a soaking tub, pillow selection menu, and an amazing view of the city (ok, the view's not so great with today's poor air quality, but I'm keeping my hopes up.)

Last Saturday, we opened the CoSport Will-Call Center for customers of the general public who made individual ticket orders. Like I did at Gap, I make the schedule for our 22 Chinese local staff and 7 managers, and we have shifts and lunches to man the Center during all of our opening hours. This keeps everyone fresher. As Opening Ceremony approaches, I think we'll be in good shape to handle the rush, as our staff is now well trained! I hope I'll be a little more well-rested, and now that I'm closer to the office, I'll have more time to post and keep you updated. Keep checking back!
